Gnosiis International

Gnosiis ATLAS Privacy Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

Gnosiis International (“Gnosiis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates Gnosiis ATLAS (“ATLAS”), a technology platform designed to support advertising analytics, campaign reporting, performance monitoring, and human-reviewed recommendations for authorized business clients.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, access, use, protect, and manage information in connection with ATLAS, including information obtained through authorized integrations with Google Ads and other advertising platforms.

ATLAS is being introduced through a limited operational pilot. Its capabilities, connected services, and data-processing arrangements may evolve as the platform develops.

This policy applies to ATLAS-related services and does not replace separate agreements or privacy notices applicable to other Gnosiis International business activities.

2. Google Ads Authorization and Data Collection

ATLAS is designed to access Google Ads account information only when an authorized account representative has granted the necessary permissions.

Subject to such authorization, ATLAS may retrieve advertising account identifiers, campaign settings and status, reporting dates, advertising expenditure, impressions, clicks, conversion metrics, conversion values, and information about conversion attribution.

This information is used to prepare advertising performance reports, evaluate data quality, monitor budgets and campaign performance, and generate recommendations for human review.

Google authorization is requested through Google's OAuth 2.0 system. Although the Google Ads OAuth permission technically supports both reading and modifying advertising information, ATLAS's reporting integration is designed to restrict operations through account-level permissions and application controls.

ATLAS does not independently create, edit, pause, or delete advertising campaigns as part of its current reporting service. Advertising changes require separate authorization and human oversight.

ATLAS does not sell Google Ads account data or use such data for unrelated advertising purposes.

3. Client Data Separation and Credential Security

Gnosiis ATLAS is designed to maintain separation between the advertising information and account permissions of different business clients.

Each client is associated with an explicitly designated advertising account. ATLAS uses account-mapping controls intended to prevent information from one client from being combined with or disclosed in another client's reports.

Access to Google Ads information is limited to authorized personnel and systems performing approved advertising management, analytics, reporting, and related services.

ATLAS's current integration architecture uses Google OAuth authorization and is designed to protect credentials outside its application source code and version-control repository. For its initial local deployment, ATLAS supports credential retrieval through the macOS Keychain.

Advertising account access is subject to additional application-level authorization controls. The current reporting integration uses predefined API operations and does not independently execute advertising campaign modifications.

Gnosiis takes reasonable measures appropriate to its operational environment to protect client information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Security practices may evolve as ATLAS moves from its initial local deployment toward hosted infrastructure.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Gnosiis cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Gnosiis retains client advertising information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide authorized services, maintain accurate reporting records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

ATLAS may maintain advertising performance records, reporting summaries, data-quality assessments, and operational audit information for these purposes. The specific retention period may depend on the applicable client agreement, the nature of the information, and legal or operational requirements.

Clients may request the deletion of information associated with their advertising accounts by contacting Gnosiis at as@gnosiis.com. Gnosiis will review and process such requests in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and any legitimate record-retention requirements.

When information is no longer required, Gnosiis will arrange for its deletion or de-identification, as appropriate, from systems under its control. Information retained for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes may be preserved for the period required.

Revoking Google Ads authorization prevents further access through that authorization but does not automatically delete reporting information previously retrieved. Requests to remove previously collected information should be made separately.

ATLAS is currently transitioning from a controlled development environment toward an operational pilot. Formal retention schedules and automated deletion procedures may be introduced as its production infrastructure develops.

5. Authorization Revocation and Client Rights

Clients and authorized Google account users retain control over the permissions granted to Gnosiis ATLAS.

Google Ads account administrators may review, change, or remove account-level access through Google Ads access and security settings. Users may also review and revoke applicable third-party OAuth permissions through their Google Account security settings.

Gnosiis provides additional application-level controls intended to restrict ATLAS to explicitly authorized advertising accounts and permitted operations. Revoking an authorization may prevent ATLAS from retrieving new advertising data or performing subsequent reporting operations.

Clients may contact Gnosiis at as@gnosiis.com to request information about their advertising data, seek correction of inaccurate account associations, request deletion of retained information, or discontinue an ATLAS integration.

Gnosiis will review such requests in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and the technical capabilities of the services involved. Certain records may need to be retained for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or contractual purposes.

Revocation of access does not automatically erase information previously collected, nor does it necessarily cancel a separate advertising management agreement. Clients should contact Gnosiis regarding both data removal and any contractual termination requirements.

ATLAS is designed to support human oversight of advertising operations. Clients may raise questions or concerns regarding reports, recommendations, or account access through the contact information provided in this policy.

6. Contact Information and Privacy Policy Updates
