Gnosiis International is putting its own capital to work as activist investor and minority shareholder in situations where our capital can be strategically complimentary with founders and/or management and drive shareholder value. We seek opportunities where we can utilize our proprietary economic analysis, networks, and skillsets to drive value and attract larger follow-on investment by larger institutional financiers of capital to further drive growth in shareholder value and revenues. We are focusing on American manufacturing and natural resources, working with entrepreneurs to access the public capital markets as a tool in the capitalization of asset-intensive businesses.
